At World Courier, we provide comprehensive healthcare logistics services that encompass various aspects of medical supply chain management. From clinical trials to commercial supply chains, our solutions are tailored to ensure efficiency, compliance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
Represent World Courier in the best possible way as a first point of contact for our customers
Process orders received via e-mail, on-line order entry and phone on a daily basis and provide confirmations as requested
Route shipments, considering commodity and volume, temperature control, and transit time requirements ensuring timely delivery
Communicate with multiple external and internal customers
Adhere to all procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements in performing the job
Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/ related issues, including emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, etc
Maintain accurate information regarding shipment status
Responsible for providing customers and clients with accurate answers to service related questions and complaints regarding shipments and services in a courteous manner and escalates issues to the appropriate person as required
Makes suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager in an effort to continually improve customer service operations
Other tasks as assigned - The Customer Service Representative will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time
Requirements
Fluency in English, both writing and speaking - level C1
Hebrew language - native or level C1-C2
Post-secondary education, bachelor degree will be a plus
Very good command of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Written and verbal communication skills
Able to follow procedures & instructions
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Multitasking skills
Self-motivated

Design and offer tailored solutions to our (local and global) customer’s complex and demanding logistics needs
Experience in a warehouse customer service role - will be a plus
Work schedule - 8.00 AM - 17.00 PM, from Sunday to Thursday and once a week Evening Shifts from 12.00 PM - 21.00 PM (during evening shifts - work from home)
