Job description

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing crypto processing company, part of a big Fintech Group. They are seeking a results-oriented Head of Business Development & Sales to lead their client acquisition and growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the crypto and fintech sectors.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy aligned with company goals.

Sales Management:

  • Design and implement effective sales plans targeting high-risk markets.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive client hunting.

Client Engagement:

  • Initiate, nurture, and manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, securing long-term partnerships.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture in a rapidly growing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in fintech or crypto-related sales, preferably in high-risk markets.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the fintech business.
  • Proven track record in strategic sales planning, client acquisition, and deal closure.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, high-value transactions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Russian to support diverse client interactions.
