We are always growing. At the moment, our client is expanding rapidly, therefore we are looking for a professional Talent Acquisition Specialist with the German language to identify top talents on behalf of our Client for specialized positions in the renewable energy industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify and implement sourcing strategies, and utilize multiple tools.
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc.
  • Screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing.
  • ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance.
  • Work with the Hiring Team (Recruiters and HMs) to determine best-fit candidates, and receive timely feedback.


What you will bring:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing and screening Candidates from the German market.
  • Deep understanding of the German Talent Market to implement effective sourcing strategies, including market mapping, creation, and utilization of customized sourcing strategies to attract and recruit passive candidates including internet mining, social media, and web networking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve while maintaining flexibility.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Experience working within various applicant-tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, and candidates.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
