About Numeral
Numeral is a payment technology provider that enables fintechs, payment services providers, and banks to launch new products, expand geographically, comply with payment regulations, and scale their operations with Numeral's cloud-native, API-first payments platform.

We develop and run direct integrations with a network of 30+ partner banks (including BNP Paribas, Barclays, Citi, HSBC, Banking Circle, LHV…) that can all be accessed through a single API, webhooks, and dashboard.

Customers include leading and up-and-coming fintechs like Spendesk, Swile, Alma, WorldFirst, Argentex, Deblock, and 20+ others. We have processed more than 4m payments since our first payment in 2023 and will process more than 10m payments over the next 12 months.

Founded in July 2021, Numeral has been acquired by leading core banking system provider Mambu in December 2024. Mambu’s composable core banking system complements Numeral’s API-first payments platform perfectly. The role

As Product Manager, you will play a key role in building our product vision and delivering products that enable fintechs, payments companies, and banks to build best-in-class payment infrastructures.

You will join a product and engineering organisation of 20+ people, with 15 more people joining in 2025. Features or capabilities you might work on include:


  • Supporting a new payment scheme like ACH in the US
  • Integrating a new bank like J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, or BMO Canada to the platform
  • Launching a new payment feature in the API and dashboard
  • Prototyping AI-enabled features like bank reconciliations or transaction categorisation



Responsibilities

  • Product vision – Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision for your team, aligning with Numeral’s overall strategy and goals
  • Product development – Identify and specify new payment features, bank integrations, and other API and dashboard features. Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with engineering leads to scope projects, define requirements, and ensure successful, timely delivery
  • Product documentation – Draft comprehensive product documentation, including API references and user guides, to accelerate implementation and facilitate support
  • Internal product support – Support customer success, sales, and marketing teams with product knowledge
  • Continuous improvement – Improve features based on customer feedback and metrics



Your profile


  • 3-5 years of experience in product management in fintech, banking, or payments
  • Highly organised and disciplined with impeccable attention to details
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory) and French (optional)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team work
  • Data-oriented and comfortable with data visualisation tools like Metabase
  • Tech-savvy and payments-curious
  • Cash management experience is nice-to-have but not a pre-requisite
