Role: Talent Attraction Director

As the Director of Talent Attraction, you will develop and execute the external talent attraction strategy for ADI's most critical business needs across the world. Leveraging deep expertise in talent research, insights, recruiting, sourcing and mapping, the director will focus on creating value by developing diverse and high-caliber pipelines of external talent for current and future hiring needs.
Recruiting Delivery
- Build, engage, and develop an externally focused recruiting team to function as an internal agency for ADI
- Develop pools of currently needed and upcoming technical talent across a variety of talent channels
- Create strategies to identify and engage underrepresented talent in key growth areas
- Execute region-specific sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and local market conditions
- Mature external sourcing capability & capacity across TA to better enable recruiters and sourcers to create high caliber talent pools
- Foster strong partnerships with broader TA, HR, and business leadership to stay abreast of organizational hiring needs and pivot when needed
- Work closely with business leaders to create sourcing strategies for critical, hard to fill roles at scale
- Partner with other TA functions to solve pipeline challenges for idling roles
Tooling, Processes, and Talent Intelligence
- Develop a high-touch recruiting processes to establish world class candidate experience in the external market
- Propose process and tooling tweaks that allow ADI to better identify, capture, and market to prospects
- Build simple and effective processes for the categorizing of talent by skillset, seniority, and availability
- Conduct extensive market research to understand where ADI can find the best talent and build engagement strategies to tap those sources
- Partner with other senior leaders on key decisions around location strategy, market competitiveness, and recruiting sources
- Utilize data analytics to drive performance, recommendations, and efficiencies in the recruitment process
- Focus on developing strategic talent pools to address upcoming hiring demand
- Define addressable market by skillset for ADI's most critical needs
- Provide operational guidance based on external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
- Own and evolve ADI's Talent Brand strategy across all public channels, driving awareness of ADI as a potential employer in key segments
- Develop and implement robust programs to accurately attribute the impact of our Talent Brand campaigns in collaboration with corporate marketing and communications
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns
- Empower employees to share their experiences and advocate for the company
- Enhance and communicate the ADI EVP, ensuring it resonates with current and potential employees
- Lead the efforts to participate in external employer awards and recognition programs
- Develop an events strategy focused around developing community for key areas of talent in local areas
General Leadership
- Build and develop a team of high-performing externally focused sourcers, recruiters, and marketers in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to ICs through onboarding, training, performance management, career development, and continuous feedback
- Execute the implementation of externally focused recruiting programs while driving simplicity and better access to top external talent
- Manage the attraction pipeline globally, focus on high priority positions, and meet recruiting targets
