About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of marketing related to our software brand, ensuring that every branding decision contributes to stronger sales. You will manage the software product's brand strategy, maintaining consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. This position involves overseeing marketing messaging, while collaborating cross-functionally to develop compelling marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various marketing areas, including content, social media, and metrics, to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a brand road map communication plan that would amount to a strategy that extends the corporate brand presence over a period of 6-12 months

  • Develops parts of brand or communication plans for a region or segment

  • Executes on the brand or communication plan and conducts self-guided analysis to make go-forward recommendations

  • Manages to budget for key initiatives

  • Works with agencies on executional elements

  • Drives analysis and shares insights related to program or campaign performance

  • Supports evangelizing brand value to internal and external constituents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing (experience in software or technology is a plus)

  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior

  • Experience in B2B software or SaaS marketing

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies

  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and PPC

  • Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to track brand performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
