  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the car brand's products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to boost your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to suggest improvements to processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.

  • Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
