We are seeking an experienced strategic Healthcare Sales Director to lead our RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) healthcare technology Sales organization, with a focus on clinical workflow optimization, patient care and operations enhancement and optimization through RTLS solutions. This strategic leadership role combines healthcare industry expertise with sales leadership and management excellence to drive organizational growth and market penetration in the healthcare safety and security sector. This leader will drive the adoption of technology that directly impacts patient care quality, clinical workflow efficiency, operational and clinical outcomes across multiple care setting.

As our Director of Sales & Customer Success, Healthcare NAM, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

  • Driving healthcare RTLS sales through leadership of a high-performing sales team that can demonstrate measurable solution impact.
  • Creating value propositions that align and resonate with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing sales initiatives aligned with healthcare organization needs and strategic plan.
  • Achieving team revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships across healthcare systems.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities within the US healthcare market.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key healthcare system decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Creating competitive differentiation strategies, thought leadership, sales playbook development and training.
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring a high-performing healthcare sales team.
  • Establishing and monitoring with VP of Sales healthcare-specific KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Driving team performance through effective coaching and leadership.
  • Analyzing and evaluating sales team member results on a monthly and quarterly basis, taking immediate corrective action where and when necessary.
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Team members.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and projections.
  • Assisting internal teams in handling and resolving customer issues.
  • Serving as one of the faces of the organization to internal and external partners.

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

 

  • Master’s degree in healthcare or MBA preferred
  • 10+ Years sales leadership experience
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating high emotional intelligence in all interactions and engagements to enhance trust and partnership for sales and sales team success.
  • Comfortable using relevant business development tools, CRM systems, and technology platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in healthcare industry in US
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Market related salary plus commission based on sales team performance
  • Travel within North America up to 20%
  • Possess a valid Driver’s license & passport

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

 

The base salary in the United States is $103,500 to $116,157. The OTE is up to $193,595.
