Job description

Our client is a well-established provider of print and marketing services, seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and drive satisfaction. This role involves handling client inquiries, managing orders, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Order Handling: Answer phone calls, manage order inquiries, and handle data entry tasks. Create and process orders on behalf of clients accurately and efficiently.

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and provide additional value to clients.

  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and build long-term relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.

  • HubSpot Utilization: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, track orders, and maintain accurate records of client information and communications.

  • Effective Client Management: Successfully manage client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Accurate Order Processing: Handle orders efficiently and accurately, contributing to smooth operations and positive client experiences.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets, driving revenue growth and enhancing client value.

  • Strong Client Retention: Implement effective strategies for client retention, resulting in sustained client loyalty and long-term partnerships.

  • Proficient HubSpot Use: Demonstrate effective use of HubSpot to manage client information and interactions, supporting overall account management goals.

Qualifications:

  • Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on managing relationships and providing excellent service.

  • HubSpot Proficiency: Strong experience with HubSpot for managing client interactions and maintaining accurate records.

  • Order Management Skills: Ability to handle order inquiries, data entry, and order creation with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Experience identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Fluency in English: Native fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
