We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated People Analytics Manager to apply their strategic analytic skills to transform raw people data into meaningful and actionable business insights. This role will provide technical expertise to team members and leaders across a variety of projects and initiatives, including but not limited to, designing and automating standard reports and dashboards to provide actionable data and insights to support effective decision making and strategic planning.
What you’ll be doing
This position typically performs work remotely and reports to the VP of People Experience. This position also works collaboratively with the People Team and all corporate functions across the organization.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets to identify trends and extract actionable insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools and techniques, including data visualization, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Design and develop useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analysis, and data reporting to support a variety of business initiatives.
- Create executive level reports to support strategic direction or to support proposed changes to strategy, produce concise and story-driven presentations to communicate analytic insight.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and business processes, identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize efficiency and drive business growth.
- Connect and transform data from multiple People technology systems into actionable analysis, dashboards, and forecasts that support the business needs of the People organization.
- Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to identify key metrics that align with business strategies and help to drive decisions.
- Performs analysis around internal measurements and metrics to monitor People program effectiveness (e.g., team member demographics, turnover trends, data collection and analysis, internal and external benchmarks).
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting and insights and build user-friendly leadership dashboards.
What you will need to be successful
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, CS, Econ, or Statistics preferred but not required
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience supporting business decision making with reporting, analysis and strategy.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills
- Power BI required
- Python/R experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects / deliverables to successful completion with limited direction.
- Extensive experience with aggregating, standardizing, interpreting and modeling data quickly.
- Relationship builder – able to create strong relationships with business leaders to support strategic thought partnership.
- Talented storyteller and persuasive communicator through PowerPoint.

Salary Range:
$104,500-136,000 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
