Position Title: Analytics Manager

 

Location: Remote - LATAM

 

What you will be doing:

 

We are seeking a collaborative, highly quantitative, and results-oriented Analytics Manager to join our team. In your role, you'll be tasked with structuring our ocean of data, seeking actionable insights, and driving strategic choices. Since every decision is backed by data, we are seeking outstanding data experts like you, equipped with the passion and skills to leverage our huge stores of information. To support you in your role, you will have access to the industry's top tools and any additional resources you may require. If you're seeking to make a daily impact through your work, we’d love to hear from you! This position is full-time and offers the flexibility of being fully remote. Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Develop and manage analytics infrastructure components to strengthen the analytics and science operation.
  • Build insightful quantitative materials to identify business opportunities.
  • Deliver critical insights and collaborate with sales and marketing, finance, operation, risk, and engineering teams to improve operation strategies.

 

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong scripting skills for analytical material management (SQL).
  • Rich experience with Snowflake. 
  • Expertise in designing and building ETL processes.
  • Looker experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to explain to others the story behind the data.
  • You hold an advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and experience with agile development.
  • Passion for diving deep into data and using it to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Whenever someone asks "Why?", you can't resist exploring the data to get the answer.
