Customer Success Specialist (m/w/d)


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will ensure to elevate the growth of our key technology delivery and end user partners, through an enhanced sales experience. As well as the collaboration with the sales, business development and sales acceleration & transformation teams, to define and deliver a market leading partnership experience. You will become a key driving force in the service and experience we
provide to our key sales and end-user partners through the following responsibilities: 

 

  •  Assist the sales team in the opportunity management process (quoting, pipeline
    management, post-sales support coordination)
  • Assist the business development team with identified projects to ensure project success
  • Management of our customer database and ensuring validity
  • Monitor sales trends and provide data analysis as required/requested from members of the
    sales and management team
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure prioritisation of tasks based on needs of strategic
    accounts, both locally and globally
  • Execution of key account management programs in alignment with the channel sales team
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by email, telephone,
  • Participate in market research, competitor, and customer surveys in conjunction with the
    product development teams.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and
    aid business and organisational development.
  • Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance
  • Participate and enhance regional trade shows as required

    Your Profile

  • Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred
  • A passion for market leading technology and championing a market leading
    relationship strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly
  • A passion for data analysis and trend identification
  • Well-organised, with an ability to handle conflicting priorities
  • Natural intellect with a prominent level of emotional intelligence
  • Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed
  • Confident with excellent influencing skills
  • Professionally presented with natural gravitas
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)

    Appreciated
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or equivalent) PowerBI is desirable
  • Experience in proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services
  • Experience with Audio, Video and Control systems
