About this role

You will join us in an incredibly exciting phase of transition and growth with a huge opportunity to unlock massive revenue potential across our global client base. 

The successful candidate for this role will be looking for an exciting new challenge in a hyper-growth environment. You should have a passion for building and developing business relationships and be willing to take on new challenges and input to the company’s growth.

 In this job, you’ll…
  • Customer Support: Respond to product-related queries and technical issues from German and French-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing proactive support to ensure success.
  • Churn Reduction: Proactively identify at-risk customers, mitigate churn, and ensure customer retention through personalized outreach.
  • Product Usage: Promote and encourage adoption of underutilized features, helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

 

We’re looking for
  • Fluent in French and German (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer success or customer support. 
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
