Key Account Manager - Consumer Health (virtual chains) 

 

Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager is responsible for implementing BCH strategies within key CZ customers to secure a strong market position and growth for BCH brands. This role involves delivering sales targets, managing sales budgets, and developing promotions and projects with key customers. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will represent CZ internationally for all KAM-related activities and manage e-commerce business models.

 

Key Tasks:
  • You will implement BCH strategies within key CZ customers to secure brand position and growth.

  • You will deliver sales targets for each customer while managing the sales budget.

  • You will develop, execute, and monitor short-term and long-term promotions and projects with key customers.

  • You will drive and cooperate on category management projects with key customers.

  • You will negotiate and maintain daily contact with key personnel and management for optimal deals and competitive information.

  • You will closely cooperate with internal departments, especially Trade Marketing and Marketing.

  • You will manage and develop business channels and key customers, including e-shops, ensuring proper support of the BCH portfolio.

  • You will represent CZ internationally for all KAM-related activities.

  • You will create and manage the go-to-market model for e-commerce business.

  • You will maintain close cooperation with internal departments to ensure alignment and support for key account strategies.

 

Required Qualifications:
  • University degree.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Customer, business, and result-oriented mindset

  • OTC/Pharma experience as KAM is a must

  • Experience in managing projects and project teams.

  • Team spirit with a sense of individual responsibility.

  • Open and constructive communication skills.

  • Analytical and presentation skills.

  • Very good English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Advanced PC skills, including Excel (for analysis, databases, graphs), Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
