THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to join our Supply Chain Finance team. This role is key to optimizing financial performance within our supply chain operations, offering insights into cost-saving opportunities and supporting strategic decision making. If you have a strong financial background, experience in supply chain and passion for data-driven insights, this role could be an exciting step forward in your career.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finance partner to Supply Chain External Operations (EXO) Leader. This includes financial thought leadership on specific projects and strategies
  • Ownership of forecast and actuals for conversion cost overheads, scrapping cost, capex and inventory. This includes short and long-term financial planning
  • Owns overall results summary and communication to the different stakeholders
  • Owns standard cost creation and oversight
  • Owns specific supply chain projects, financial analysis and recommendations
  • Builds financial capability across multi-functional teams
  • Owns new product initiative COGS modelling and leverages data insights to recommend and drive additional cost optimization pipeline

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education: Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Experience: min 3 years of relevant experience in an international organization

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of supply chain finance concepts such as standard costing, cost variances and working capital
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis and key metrics: including Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, Power BI and Power Query
  • Strong analytical skills – including ability to handle large data sets

 

Key Competencies:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), French is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with complex data sets, perform cost-benefit analyses and generate actionable insights. Solution-oriented and results-driven.
  • Detail-Oriented & Proactive: High attention to detail with the ability to identify areas for improvement and take initiative. Ability to prioritize and organize, ensuring all tasks are completed in a time efficient manner.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of supply chain processes, cost drivers, and financial impact of operational decisions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders effectively. Ability to work across cultures at different levels of organization as well as with different functions
