What Will You Be Doing?
As our Sales Executive, you will take on a consultative selling role, proactively and reactively engaging with clients to deliver outstanding services. Under the direction of the Managing Director, you will build and nurture client relationships, tailor bespoke packages to meet client needs, upsell complementary services, and reengage previously active clients.



Requirements

What Will Be Your Responsibilities & Outputs?

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, ensuring you can articulate their features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
  • Reactively respond to sales opportunities and deliver results under the guidance of the Managing Director.
  • Proactively generate new sales through targeted outreach campaigns using the company’s CRM database.
  • Drive business development by reaching out to partners and affiliates, aligning with seasonal and age-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage the company’s network of consultants to grow business opportunities and foster loyalty.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and actively nurture them.
  • Collaborate with the Tutor Placement and Client Services teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead generation aligns with sales goals and conversion targets.
