Your Future Role

As a Business Advisor - Inside Sales, you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of existing customers. You will proactively reach out via outbound calls to understand their evolving needs, upsell and cross-sell relevant products, all whilst providing an exceptional level of support and service to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Social, Websites, Digital Display products, B2B selling experience and ability to deal with multiple internal systems is advantageous.

This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, working from home (WFH) within Australia. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.


Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound and virtual calls to existing Thryv customer to grow and maintain current customer product offerings.
  • Acquire and develop new business opportunities - both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Achieve contact Centre KPI's as set out by the business
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as set out by the business
  • Ensure acceptable workflow, close rates, and complete sales campaigns are achieved on time
  • Ensure all benchmarks for revenue and customer numbers are met
  • Adhere to activity requirements as directed by your manager
  • Forecast expected sales return customer by customer to sales manager
  • Ensure you comply with all Thryv policies & legislation with internal and external customers and complete compliance training.


Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role you must be driven, resilient, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of sales processes and a passion for driving results.
