Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor, along with proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI reporting. This is a remote position offering an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM solutions.
  • Develop and configure reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM modules.
  • Work on full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Suite, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.
  • Perform data analysis, root cause investigation, and issue resolution for technical and functional problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review business processes and design BI reporting solutions.
  • Support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM reports, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with Oracle on product bugs and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Follow best practices in software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.
    • At least 4 years working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12, covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in completing full lifecycle implementations with the Cloud HCM Suite.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI for developing reports and analytics.
    • Knowledge of relational and dimensional logical data modeling.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Learning.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience in configuring and supporting Oracle HCM reports and analytics.
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and production change control.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


 




Salary: 18-19 Lakhs
