Job description

The Students’ Recruitment and Admission Manager will play a critical role in launching and establishing Istituto Marangoni new school in Riyadh during its startup phase.

This dynamic role requires a proactive leader who can build and implement robust recruitment strategies, admissions processes, and enrolment campaigns from the ground up.

The role will involve taking ownership of the entire admissions lifecycle, setting up efficient systems, and driving enrolment growth while adhering to legal and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Students’ Recruitment Strategy Management & Implementation

  • Drive Campaigns: Design and execute targeted students’ recruitment campaigns to meet and exceed enrollment targets, in line with HQ’s guidelines. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and adjust strategies to reflect competitive insights.

  • Direct Student Engagement: Represent Istituto Marangoni at educational fairs, school visits and recruitment events, personally engaging with prospective students and their families to promote programs and drive applications.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and oversee lead generation strategies through digital channels, marketing campaigns, and regional partnerships, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for enrollment.

Business Start-Up

  • Market Awareness: Work closely with HQ to develop and implement a localised marketing and communications strategy tailored to the Riyadh market to maximize campus visibility and appeal.

  • Local Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support the local recruitment team, setting clear goals and overseeing the successful launch of Istituto Marangoni’s new School in Riyadh.

  • Start-Up Implementation: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective families, agencies, and community partners, to promote the school in its early growth stage. Identify and mitigate risks, such as "no-shows," while ensuring a seamless admissions experience for all prospective families.

Admission Process Management

  • Admission Process Development: Develop and oversee an efficient, and scalable admissions process tailored to the startup phase. Manage Istituto Marangoni systems for inquiries, applications, and tracking prospective students.

  • Admission Process Quality: Ensure transparency, responsiveness, and a high-quality experience for families during the admissions process.

Performance Monitoring

  • Strategic Analysis: Track and analyse recruitment performance metrics, including inquiries, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers, to inform strategic decisions. Develop KPIs to drive performance and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective families

  • Monthly Reports: Submit detailed monthly reports to the School Director and Digital & Sales Director, including enrollment progress, agency performance, and strategic insights from the Riyadh market.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the main link between HQ, the marketing department, and the Riyadh School team, ensuring communication and brand consistency across all student recruitment activities.

Education & Professional Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales or enrolment management within the Middle East, ideally within the education or luxury/fashion industries.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Enrollment Expertise: Proven ability to drive student recruitment through effective agency management and direct engagement.

  • Launch Experience: Demonstrated experience in launching or managing new regional markets or locations.

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency for enrolment tracking and reporting.

  • People Management: Effective team leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support team members toward achieving campus enrollment targets.

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Experience in establishing local partnerships to drive enrolment pipelines, especially with educational institutions.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to coordinating with multiple stakeholders for a successful campus launch.
