What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Evolent Mission: achieve better outcomes for people with the most complex health conditions by integrating provider care across to improve the patient care journey.
  • We have roughly 5000 employees across 3 different countries, but only provide health care in the US.
  • 100% remote company, officially HQ’d in Virginia in the US with offices also in Pune and Manilla.

This position provides:

  • An excellent opportunity to set the course of the Workday Reporting function.
  • A ring-side view and scope to participate in initiatives that would shape how we operate as a company in the future.

This role calls for excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to visualize business scenarios and a deep understanding of reporting needs for HR business functions. The role would require strong written and verbal English communication skills. The role would also require overlapping hours in the EST time zone.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide data solutions, reports, and dashboards/discovery boards via Workday to support cross functional requirements from a broad range of HR functions.
  • Work closely with HR process owners to enable timely access to data, reports, and tools in support of data driven decisions.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting requirements and create complex custom reports (matrix, composite, advanced etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal clients to incorporate testing & feedback into the development lifecycle, and partner with client’s post-production to ensure continued adoption of delivered solutions.
  • Support Workday Release activities.
  • Stay current with Workday updates and plan for changes per future releases.
  • Assist with developing documentation and training material to promote self-service reporting by end-users, as well as standardizing team processes and creating productivity improvements and efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Mandatory: 3 - 7 years’ experience with a HR ERP system (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP etc.); building technical/functional configuration and reports, calculated fields, dashboards, report security & report scheduling.
  • Mandatory: Understanding of HR processes and associated reporting needs.
  • Mandatory: Hands on in Web-service concepts, RaaS.
  • Optional: Discovery Boards & Worksheets.
  • Understanding of data analytics concepts would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven communication skills, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability.
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST.

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
