Job description

From researching council requirements and acquiring land to designing projects, negotiating builder terms, and coordinating with key professionals, every stage of the property investment process is managed with expertise.

The ideal candidate for the Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist role is an innovative self-starter with expertise in property investment marketing or a related field. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies to drive company growth, attract new clients, and enhance our online brand awareness presence. As a remote position, the role requires someone who can work independently, with a dedicated workspace, computer, and reliable internet connection. Your ability to adapt and deliver results in a dynamic environment will be key to the success of our campaigns

Ressponsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the property investment sector.
  • Propose and execute innovative marketing tactics to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor budgets, ROI, and KPIs to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to help drive organic following and brand awareness
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries where required
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Help write, edit, and manage SEO-optimized articles, blogs, and web content.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a consistent and impactful content strategy.
  • Help with xecuting email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with updates, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of the company’s WordPress website where required.
  • Ensure the website remains user-friendly, secure, and optimized for SEO.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and creative team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies.
  • Drive the company forward by proposing new ideas and solutions for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising on Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on lead generation and nurturing.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, WordPress (for landing page and content updates, not coding), and SocialBee for social media management. Candidates unfamiliar with any of these platforms are acceptable; the employer expects candidates to familiarize themselves with them prior to starting.
  • Familiarity with property investment marketing, particularly residential properties, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with the ability to develop strategies to grow lead bases and engagement.
  • Ability to create and refine marketing strategies independently, while remaining open to ongoing learning and adapting to new tasks.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content creation strategies, with the ability to implement an approach that maximizes visibility and lead generation.
