Job description

The Swedish provider of safety solutions, Axelent Nordic, is seeking a proactive Country Sales Manager a new role to spearhead the sales operations in Denmark. As their sales representative based in Denmark, you will continue the great partnerships with new and existing customers.

Continue to Drive Great Sales Excellence in Denmark

As the Country Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the CEO of Axelent Nordic. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales operations and strategies for new and existing customers; hence you will play a pivotable role in driving revenue and brand presence for Axelent Nordic in Denmark. In details, your responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly and identify new businesses opportunities. As the companys Danish sales representative, you will be responsible for proactively process and onboard new customers in both existing and new market segments. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners and act as the main point of contact for major clients in terms of potential upsells or onboarding matters, which will involve frequent visits to clients in Denmark. Lastly, you will participate in customer-related events, both physically and digitally.

B2B Sales Professional with Experience from Industrial Manufacturing or Construction Industry

As Axelent Nordics Country Sales Manager in Denmark, we expect you to have a relevant education and proven experience from B2B sales for the industrial or construction industry. Through your previous experience, you have developed an analytical and creative way of thinking, which enables you to identify new sales opportunities as well as develop and implement effective strategies and value-creating sales efforts for existing customers. Furthermore, it is important that you possess strong stakeholder management skills.

Personally, you are ambitious, result-oriented, transparent, and reliable. You take the initiative and get things done, always with an eye on the overarching strategies. Finally, it is required that you are based in Denmark (preferably Zealand or Funen), and you are fluent in both Danish and English, verbally and written.
