Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan & implement sales activity towards targeted Newbuilding project from Japanese shipping company and achieve budget committed. Improve market share in

  • Japan Marine Maintenance segment by value-added service to domestic customers.

  • Activities to meet company’s objectives, goals and policies inclusive of the approved budget.

  • Researching competitors information

Key tasks:

Develop and implement ADP (Account Development Plan) for assigned accounts.

Support Team Members

New building support

1-1) Ensuring project pipeline to kept in professional manner for CN & KR new building related to Japanese shipowners.

1-2) Ensuring to develop relationship and key customers

1-3) Seeking information for bidding project and competitor activity

Dry Dock
2-1) Specified product description
2-2) Inventory quantity identified(including oversea)
2-3) Gross Profit & Gross Margin identified
2-4) Send a Quotation to the customer
2-5) If secured, carry out vessel registration
2-6) Inform to the related department
   - CC : Product description, quantity & Unit price
   - TSD : Create IQS & Work order

2-7)  Monitor overdue and cash collection

Sea Stock (Spot bidding)
3-1) Inventory quantity identified(including oversea)
3-2) If shortage, alternative recommended
3-3) Gross Profit & Gross Margin identified
3-4) Send a Quotation to the customer
3-5) If secured, Carry out vessel registration

Other Document Job
4-1) QSS Unblock & Register products

4-2) New customer &vendor registration

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  • Good in spoken & written English, Japanese

  • Technically qualified as well as working experience related paint and/or Shipbuilding, Shipping industry minimum 7 years.

  • Wide knowledge of marine business
