Job description

Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are looking to hire a talented, experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to work with our client, a real estate agency based in Florida. As part of the role, you will be supporting various real estate operations, including social media management, transaction coordination, customer calls, and bookkeeping. To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Have experience working in real estate operations;
  • Have knowledge of social media management and creating property advertisements;
  • Experience in transaction management and light bookkeeping;
  • Be comfortable making customer calls and providing excellent client service;
  • Be skilled in reconciling payments and managing client updates;
  • Experience with US-based companies is highly desirable;
  • Willing to work during US business hours, 50 hours/week;
  • Have a fully equipped home office with power/internet backup.

All applicants must have excellent communication skills, a suitable home office arrangement, and a high level of spoken and written English.
