We are seeking a skilled and independent Project Service Coordinator with a robust understanding of IT architecture to join our team for a 10-month project. This position will also involve managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals. Our focus is on creating value where IT counts, and we invite you to join us in this mission

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT/OT Application Migration Support Specialists
  • Understand and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure to support business processes and goals
  • Maintain and optimize the interaction between servers and clients
  • Oversee the performance, integrity, and security of databases
  • Manage and configure Active Directory, including group policies and user permissions
  • Ensure seamless Windows domain functionality
  • Perform detailed analysis and oversee workstation migrations within AD domains
  • Provide hypercare support immediately after migrations to address any issues
  • Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation
  • Request and manage user accesses and accounts
  • Reconfigure applications to meet new operational requirements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT architecture, server-client relations, databases, Active Directory, and Windows domains
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the IT field, with at least two years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Service NOW
  • Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL and Oracle
  • Ability to perform thorough analysis and resolve complex IT issues
  • Proficient in writing clear, detailed technical documentation
  • Capable of working independently and efficiently without requiring constant supervision
  • Familiarity with GxP (Good Practice) guidelines is beneficial but not essential
  • Fluent in English; communicative German is nice to have
  • Candidates must declare a criminal record no older than 3 months
