Collaborate To Deliver The Best Customer Experience
Through collaborations with various teams across the organization, we support customers with our market leading internet services and applications. You are the trusted advisor to your customers and an expert in our products & services. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for-
- Being the primary point of contact for the customer to provide post-sale support, onboarding and operational effectiveness
- Providing training and guide stakeholders on the customer portal
- Analyzing and interpreting customer usage data contributing to the long-term success of customers
- Developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will-
- Possess excellent communication skills in fluent Japanese and and business-level English
- Demonstrate data integration skills by managing and interpreting customer data to provide recommendations and support to our internal teams and customers
- Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment
- Have a keen interest in understanding how the internet works
- Be highly accountable with prioritization skills and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
