Veriff is hiring a Bilingual English and Arabic-speaking Senior Account Manager - MENA for our EMEA Account Management Team with a focus on global clients within the Middle East and European regions.  As a  Senior Account Manager - MENA you will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and customer success.  You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize maximum value from our solutions, and help identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue targets.  We're looking for someone with a strong ability to build relationships while understanding needs and providing solutions. This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key enterprise, clients within the Middle East and European regions.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Developing trust and relationships with our customers
  • Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

  • 6+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry
  • Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
  • ​​Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise, strategic customers within the Middle East
  • Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
  • Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East region and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within markets/territories
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), and strong verbal communication skills in Arabic

You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:

  • Experience working for a global scaleup/startup
  • Previous AM/CSM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
