Role: Talent Acquisition, Sr Associate
Experience Required: 3+ years
Location: Remote; with travel to Dehradun
Salary: Upto 6 LPA

About Ground Zero Foundation: Ground Zero is a non-profit section 8 company supporting the strengthening of non-profits through hiring the right talent, training, research and culture building. Our vision is to create an ecosystem in the development sector where young people flourish, with a particular emphasis on enabling women to advance to leadership positions. We are the only company that facilitates employing people with neurodiverse backgrounds. We are looking to add a TA to our team in order to help with day-to-day operations and build our hiring function as we grow and learn more.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition and recruitment strategy in line with the mission, vision, and objectives of the organization.
  • Work together with candidates and hiring managers from partner organizations to source candidates to advance the open positions and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Coordinate, arrange, and oversee the full hiring process, from finding candidates to onboarding them, in order to function as an extended team of our partners' teams.
  • Encourage changes to hiring procedures and regulations to guarantee that services are provided in a quick, effcient, and high-caliber manner.
  • Drive improvements to recruitment policies and processes to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered.
  • Send success reports and recruitment analytics to partner organizations on a regular basis. Provide analytical, insightful, and imaginative measures and analyses of the interview cycle and matrix.
  • As you serve as a bridge and support throughout the entire process, a typical day for your day would involve following up with the candidate and the partner organizations POC.
  • Create plans for attracting talent and provide partner organizations more visibility and information.
  • Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of stang policies, practices, processes, and priorities.
  • Identify, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants; establish a presence on Linkedin and other virtual platforms; and take proactive steps to expand Ground Zero's talent pipeline and network of possible candidates.

Collaborate and liaise with the partner HR Operations team for operational and strategic initiatives, including new hire processing until the onboarding of the candidate.

  • Self-starter, proactive in finding solutions, and result-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven track record of executing projects

     in a timely manner and achieving results on schedule.

  • Effective at developing ideas and strategies during strategic planning meetings.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and influence others without authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology skills are mandatory as we are a tech-first organization, with familiarity

     in using computer and web-based applications (gsuite, excel)
