Nitrado is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive (m/f/x) to join our team and work on our innovative product, GameFabric. Our GameFabric platform offers a comprehensive PaaS solution for game developers, featuring state-of-the-art Steelshield DDoS protection and multiplayer server orchestration. We are committed to empowering game developers with robust and reliable tools to enhance their gaming experiences. As Account Executive (m/f/x) you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing accurate forecasts, and creating comprehensive account plans.
Your mission
You take full ownership of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
You develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
You create and execute detailed account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue potential.
You serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely updates on product developments.
 You work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of GameFabric services to clients.
You stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
 You provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and key metrics.
Your profile
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
You have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
You are familiar with PaaS offerings and the gaming industry is highly desirable.
You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
You have excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
