Job description

This is a remote position.

Position: Real Estate VA, Conveyancing and Recruitment Specialist
Location: Remote

Schedule:
- Initial commitment: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Fort McMurray, AB Time, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week
- Potential to transition to full-time (40 hours per week) within a few months based on performance and business needs.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing real estate brokerage team. This role is twofold: managing the conveyancing protocol for our real estate transactions and assisting with agent recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Conveyancing Protocol Management:
  • Review transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with Agents to address missing or incorrect information.
  • Receipt deposits and maintain accurate records.
  • Send necessary documentation to lawyers in a timely manner.
  • Create and send commission invoices to other brokerages.
Agent Recruitment:
  • Research and source information about licensed Realtors across Canada.
  • Input and organize Realtor details in Monday.com.
  • Utilize our CRM to reach out to potential agents.
  • Communicate progress, updates, and challenges with leadership.


Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in a detail-oriented role.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software tools (experience with CRMs, Monday.com, and real estate transaction systems is a plus).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can work independently.
  • Experience in real estate conveyancing or a related field is preferred but not required.
