This is a remote position.
Scope:
Approximately 3-4 hours per day (minimum 20 hours per week)
Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM Teaneck, NJ time
Potential to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance
Remote work with flexible scheduling
Direct collaboration with the business owner for training and guidance
Responsibilities:
Upload product information, including descriptions and photos, to the Shopify platform
Transfer product details accurately from vendor websites to the company’s e-commerce store
Manage and organize large volumes of product data efficiently
Ensure consistency and accuracy in product listings across the platform
Assist with backend management of the e-commerce website
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify (training can be provided)
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
