What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead day-to-day communications, data gathering, and driving key deliverables in the support of the Measurement Strategy for all assigned clients

  • Lead the interpretation of all-cross channel models (MMM, etc.) and supporting analyses, connect to media strategy for recommendations, and align against client targets/goals

  • Lead data-driven analyses and analytics projects aimed at driving our clients’ media and business outcomes and support the Client Partner team in the development of, and lead QA efforts around, client deliverables and begin to take on responsibility for incorporating findings into a broader client story

  • Work with performance data via media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta), analytics systems (e.g., GA, Adobe), and especially advanced measurement tools/methodologies (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing) to deliver insights that optimize our clients’ media investment allocations

  • Be a source of knowledge on analytics tools and offerings including keeping up to date with industry trends, services, and technologies

  • Assist business development team by potentially joining pitches, helping create presentations for both existing and prospective clients, and educating internal teams on analytics services as needed

  • Lead client calls and all other comms to manage Analytics engagement for top tier clients

  • Lead periodic trainings and discussions about common client requests, and relevant new tools and technologies.

  • Develop standardized processes and collateral to help streamline requests and new client work

  • Assist Mgrs/Directors in the development of materials in support of their public-facing content and internal training content.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of digital marketing analytics experience with 2+ years of team management experience. Master’s degree in Business (or a related quantitative field) is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of media and all digital channels: how channels function and how they work together, metrics that matter, common terminology, etc. (SEM, SEO, Social, OTT, etc.) and experience across various verticals (DTC Retail, CPG, B2B, etc.) and conversion types (e-commerce, lead gen, in-store purchases)

  • Understanding of incrementality testing outputs to inform MMM models, create media recommendations, and inform clients’ experimentation roadmap.

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) 

  • Experience working with media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta), analytics systems (e.g., GA, Adobe), and advanced measurement tools/methodologies (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing)

  • Understanding of basic business and financial concepts (margin, COGS, NPV, LTV, etc.) and familiarity with basic statistical concepts such as regression analysis

  • SQL experience a plus

  • Experience in a client-facing role, with up to 10% travel to Tinuiti offices, client meetings, etc.
