Cella has partnered with a financial investments institution in their search for a skilled
Workfront Fusion Developer to join their team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our client's Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring that teams can efficiently collaborate and manage projects through effective system administration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience intigrating Workfront across workstreams, with continuous automation, optimization and troubleshooting.
This is a preferred to be a hybrid role at the company headquarters in Malvern, PA, but open to remote candidates in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront and other platforms using Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes through automation.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Workfront platform in collaboration with the MarTech team.
- Establish and maintain governance for project tracking, communication, and collaboration within Workfront.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, workflows, and processes.
- Engage with internal teams to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions, gathering requirements, understanding integration needs, and delivering solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure integration functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workfront Fusion integrations.
- Create and manage adaptable reports and dashboards; conduct regular audits to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.
- Continuously update custom fields and forms to meet the diverse needs of various teams.
- Oversee system updates and test new releases, ensuring processes and documentation are kept up-to-date.
- Develop and deliver training materials to enhance platform utilization across the organization.
- Participate in Beta testing with Adobe to analyze new features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years as an Adobe Workfront system administrator, with significant experience in Workfront Fusion.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront's integration processes and capabilities.
- Adobe Workfront certifications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in workflow automation, project management, and system integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at process improvement and customer service.
- Additional knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Adobe Experience cloud a plus.
- Must be USC or green card holder.
- Must submit and pass background and drug screening.
