Role

The Account Manager for Lubrizol Life Science is tasked to accelerate the sales growth of Pharma & Nutra business in Korea and Japan through in-depth understanding of the market, building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrate value selling.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations group) to provide products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Provide competitor and market trends analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Provide excellent sales and administrative service to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order processes and manage demand forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Utilizing CRM(Customer Relationship Management) well for sales activities.
  • Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.
  • Managing and working well with distributors for developing revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales report.

Position Requirements

  • Above Bachelor’s degree major in a biology or chemistry-related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical field (experience in beauty care field is plus).
  • Good data analysis and business planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills to take care of scientific discussion with customers.
  • Possess a passion for sales profession with a ‘can-do’ attitude, goal orientated mindset, self-motivated, initiative, excellent time management, open-minded, and people oriented personal.
  • Good computer skill (Excel, Power point and etc.)
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
