THE WORK

  • Customer Service activities related to order management and complaint requests from customers received over the phone or via email;

  • Management of product and distribution complaints, ensuring on-time logging and resolution of the complaints;

  • Processing returns in SAP and resolving exceptions with the customers;

  • Handling order errors and exceptions, ensuring on-time follow ups with the Order Entry team;

  • Management of Customer Master Data;

  • Ensuring resolution of queries within the contractual metrics;

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Preferably 1-2 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred)

  • Preferably knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact

  • Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form & minimum C1 level of German

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience

  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude.
