Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the platform.
  • Guide users on how to navigate and maximize the telehealth services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
