The Microsoft 365 Core Platform team is responsible for ensuring that the M365 Foundational platform & services, including Copilot are always highly available, resilient, durable, performant, compliant and efficient.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong business and technical skills. The role involves improving product fundamentals like security, availability, and efficiency. The candidate will be involved in efforts to modernize our core infrastructure and technology stack to enhance the performance and scalability of our Copilot experiences. They should be able to leverage data to gain insights into overall customer experience to recommend product improvements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, work closely with partners and customers and collaborate with stakeholders like architects, PMs, and the leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Craft a vision and strategy for your area of ownership. Use data and necessary insights to rally the organization around that vision, specifically for critical capabilities like Infra Management Fabric, Storage Fabric, Performance, Scale, Efficiency, Business Insights.
- Take ownership of e2e business scenarios; opportunity definition, solutions and define technical & customer adoption strategies. Strive to generate clarity and drive alignment across the team and leadership.
- Define targets for key business KPIs, and track and report progress on them.
- Define and implement QoS and SLA metrics for platforms and services that you will own.
- Stellar cross group collaboration, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large & diverse organization and deliver results that depend on other divisions and partners.
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills. Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business groups. Take a structural approach in solving complex problems. Communicate to senior decision makers in a clear & compelling way.
- Help lead and champion the org culture.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working with partner teams (internal and/or external) and across team boundaries to get things done.
