About the Job:

Prime System Solutions is seeking a proactive, results-driven creative and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing. This role will involve working closely with the leadership team to create and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content that reflects the companys brand and engages target audiences.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
  • Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports to assess engagement and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a content calendar that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and infographics for use across digital channels.
  • Write compelling copy for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive lead generation, website traffic, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for paid media buys, as needed.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring it is relevant, informative, and optimized for conversions.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns that engage leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Build email lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling subject lines, body content, and calls to action.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve strategies and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, tools, and industry best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or B2B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content that drives results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of staff augmentation industry trends
