Job description

We are seeking digital designers with mindsets focused on consistently executing the brand’s identity across all touchpoints — such as email, website, and social media — while ensuring coherence and adaptability in each context.

Core Tasks:

  • Take provided content and adapt it into various formats, including blogs, social posts, and email templates.
  • Design graphics ad sets, email, display ads, social, web, landing pages, etc.
  • Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
  • Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels
  • Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
  • Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy
  • Create decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentations

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of graphics editing / design experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (XD, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Quick learner with the ability to quickly pick up and understand the niche freight industry.
  • Ability to work CST

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Freight Forwarding or Brokerage industry is a PLUS!
  • 1+ years experience with organic social processes and/or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication

Grow into:
  • Support with the creation of launch announcements and product updates
  • Maintain and organize the content calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
