Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000
Location: Remote
The job:
The Senior Product Manager's role is to immerse their cross-functional team in understanding customer problems, then collaboratively and iteratively solving those problems with that team. The Senior Product Manager does this, as part of a team, by consistently delivering value to customers, shaping problem-solving strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships.
At Buildertrend, we go beyond leveraging feedback and data; we build personal and direct connections with our customers. Our Product Managers regularly engage with general contractors, observing them in action both on job sites and in their offices. They also create deeper connections with a subset of customers that become trusted advisors. And, they bring the customers into the team’s conversations as a direct connection between our agile teams and our customers. This connection is the heartbeat of the product organization at Buildertrend, and Product Managers lead this connection on their teams.
