Job description

Position Summary: We are looking for a strategic and visionary Director of Product Management, focused on Service Transformation. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that enhance both provider and patient experiences, while driving growth and operational efficiency across our customer service and commercial operations teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a product strategy that aligns with Natera’s mission and supports our commercial operations team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Lead a team of product managers to implement innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiencies and consistent service delivery.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on internal and external feedback to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with the commercial operations teams to define processes and SLAs to ensure alignment of systems and processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Entrepreneurial experience preferred
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes 
  • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and driving customer service excellence
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
