Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join FloQast focused on the tactical execution of marketing campaigns within Hubspot and Salesforce. This individual will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, forms, workflows, lead scoring, and other key automation initiatives.

This individual will sit at the intersection of marketing program operations to enable successful marketing programs across the database. This may include but not limited to: data hygiene, list segmentation, list pulls, salesforce campaign reporting, completing campaign efforts with post-campaign analysis, and any other needs associated with marketing program operations.

What You'll Do
  • Orchestrate ongoing data discovery, ingestion, matching, enrichment, and distribution
  • Using both Salesforce and Hubspot data, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to assess what is performing best and provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns
  • Assist Systems Admins with reporting automation to provide better insight into the performance of marketing channels, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with Systems Admins to identify and resolve data issues that impact data accuracy, and ensure data infrastructure exists to propel business forward 
  • Support the implementation of campaign setup and workflows
  • Manage data error reporting and remediation processes 
  • Support the effort to implement exception reporting, and ensure the right checks and balances are in place to promote accurate reporting
  • Perform critical data management operational tasks including: list uploads and segmentation using Ringlead or a Data Studio tool, lead management, target account management, database organization, and systems sync maintenance between Salesforce.com, Hubspot and Outreach.io 
  • Build list segmentation in Hubspot for marketing campaigns and implement campaign performance tracking 
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Team members to build workflows and processes in Hubspot
  • Recommend changes and improvements to business systems and processes to improve analytical insights
  • Support the marketing team with ad-hoc requests such as building advanced reports in excel, campaign research, and more
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

  • What You'll Bring
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a data management or data analysis capacity 
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong interest in systems and analytics as they relate to sales and marketing initiatives 
  • Strong Excel skills required (Macro creation-level capabilities desired)  
  • Salesforce.com familiarity and reporting skills
  • Basic Hubspot experience and email campaign building knowledge
  • Data analytics and data manipulation experience 
  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • ZoomInfo and Ringlead experience a plus
  • SQL and or SOQL experience preferred
  • Prior experience working B2B SaaS is a big bonus

    The base pay range for this position is 80,000-110,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
