Position Summary: In compliance with established policies and procedures, provides administrative and operational support in the wealth management area in order that client investment needs may be met, and long-term relationships developed and fostered.
Essential Job Functions:
- Accurately prepares investment proposals and client performance reviews, as requested by Private Wealth Advisors
- Closely works with back office to reconcile performance, process capital calls, and resolve trade settlement issues
- Proactively works with Private Wealth Advisors to ensure all compliance related documentation is up-to-date and properly saved
- Performs account maintenance such as account setup, placing trades and booking bond sales/purchases, etc.
- Answers telephones, assists clients and directs client inquiries to appropriate associates when needed
- Responds to the needs / questions of wealth management department
- Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as requested
- Completes required compliance and technical training as assigned
- Regularly attends and represents the bank at client events, meetings, seminars and social gatherings to help build relationships
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by Private Wealth Advisors
- Required regular attendance at the FineMark location designated in this job description, during regular business hours, or assigned hours for the position, is required. This is not a remote-work position
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration preferred, or three (3) years’ experience as an administrative support in a wealth management setting
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel (must be at or above the intermediate level)
- Excellent written / oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act as a team player and to foster FineMark company values
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce a plus

Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
