This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

As the Lead Product Manager for our web squad, you will:

Develop and execute innovative strategies that elevate organic traffic and position our website as a key growth driver
Lead advanced SEO and product initiatives to maximize visibility, attract high-quality traffic and engage users effectively
Collaborate with localization experts, top-tier copywriters and nutritionists to deliver captivating, value-driven content
Use A/B testing and analytics to optimize site design, enhance user experience and achieve exceptional conversion rates
Analyze and present performance insights to stakeholders, aligning priorities with ambitious business objectives
Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and success
Manage and develop a high-performing team of product managers
Provide interim line management for product designers within the web squad, collaborating closely with the product design leadership

Proven expertise in SEO and content strategy, with a track record of scaling web platforms to millions of monthly visits
Profound knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies
Proficiency in leveraging web analytics tools to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams and building a collaborative, inspiring work environment
Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration
