Position Title: Virtual Assistant Work Set-up: Work from Office Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 35,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Your Responsibilities as Virtual Assistant would be:
• Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments for the client. • Handle email correspondence and communication ensuring timely and professional responses. • Maintain and organize electronic filing systems with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy. • Input, analyze and manage data in software systems such as excel or other CRM tools. • Coordinate with the client’s customers as required and serve as the primary contact for the client’s needs and communications. • Track projects and ensure follow ups; contact banks and order valuations as needed. • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on behalf of the client. • Arrange travel plans and meetings as needed. • Assist with all administrative needs.
Qualifications as Virtual Assistant:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. • Proven experience in the financial industry is preferred and an advantage. • Understanding financial terminology, systems, and processes is an advantage. • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in data management. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in tools such as CRM, MS Office, etc. • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and discretion. • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently and independently. • Must have a pleasant and bubbly personality. • Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities. • A desire to learn in the mortgage broker and financial industry.
