This is a remote position.

Position Title: Customer Support/ Executive Assistant (Part-time)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1pm to 5pm PHT (may adjust as needed)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as a Customer Support/ Executive Assistant:

• Professionally engage with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Respond promptly to leads and manage a streamlined follow-up process.
• Oversee scheduling, including coordinating meetings, events, and studio bookings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Assist with client relationship management, maintaining records, and updating the CRM system.
• Monitor and prioritize emails, ensuring no opportunity or inquiry is overlooked.
• Social Media Management and admin tasks as required

Quick lead flow required for this position:
• CB advertises first ride free on the socials.
• Prospects click on a link and they make a profile. They may make a booking for a ride in the studio but the majority dont.
• We would then ring the prospects, have a discussion with them about what they what to get out of the free ride and then get them booked into their first free ride.
• There will then need to be a confirmation call the day before to make sure they are still coming and ask if they have any questions. At that point they may ask to reschedule
• Once they have done the ride we will try to sell a membership while they are in the studio.
• If they don't buy a membership and want someone to follow up then we make an agreed time for a call.
• Follow up new members to get them booked into their membership paid weekly ride and help them with goal setting information

Qualifications as a Customer Support/ Executive Assistant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 3 years proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and respond to multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of or interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
