Job Overview

Under the direction of the Center Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating daily transporting of AltaMed PACE participants by receiving incoming pick-up calls; making outgoing calls and maintaining daily list of cancellation reasons. Coordinate transportation request forms with transportation vendors (e.g. Taxi) and/or AltaMed transportation department.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED coupled with a minimum of one year experience in coordinating a program, with preferred experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required.

2. Computer literacy and good data entry skills also required.

3. Electronic Health Records experience (i.e. NextGen) preferred.

Compensation

$24.00 - $28.15 hourly
