  • Manage the monetization of video content through a variety of revenue streams, including monetization on social platforms, advertising, branded content, sponsorships, subscriptions, syndication, and licensing.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, audience, and business development teams to create and package revenue-generating opportunities around video content.
  • Manage the daily operations of Newsweek’s YouTube channel, ensuring content is regularly updated and optimized for search visibility, user experience, platform algorithms and overall branding.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to optimize content and distribution strategies for greater reach, engagement, and monetization.
  • Manage video production budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure the efficient delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with broader company goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Identify and explore new formats and technologies (e.g., vertical video, interactive video, subscription-based video) to increase engagement, retention and revenue potential.
  • Any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements
