Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of initiatives, product enhancements, and customer experience activities. Lead Product Enhancement Management.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It

  • Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of initiatives.

  • Leads customer experience process evaluations and enhancements.

  • Partners with team to identify ways to innovate product offerings.

  • Manages projects and initiatives. Leads work streams to support project launches.

  • Partners with the business to ensure projects are delivering on business strategies.

  • Conducts product maintenance activities including product documentation updates and complaints tracking.


Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration and

  • 4+ years Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management

  • In lieu of degree, must have at least 8+ Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
