Your missions

As a Product Manager on the Traction Complete team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering successful software development projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time. You will coordinate with developers, QA professionals, our QA automation team, as well our product and our executive team, in order to drive the continuous development of Traction Complete’s products, as it grows into an end-to-end Go-To-Market automation suite on the Salesforce Platform.

You will help push our delivery team to new heights by driving release timelines, roadmap and backlog organization, requirements elaboration, and managing development sprints to ensure consistency and reliability in deliverables and timelines.

Skills

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the software development industry, preferably with cloud related projects, and a strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and similar task management tools
  • Proficiency in managing products and projects within remote, startup tech environments.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop strategic ideas and distill them into clear, actionable tasks
  • Ability to understand the personas and problems driving products and features quickly

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead sprint planning, execution, and delivery, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to define feature scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain sprint timelines, resource allocation plans, and budgets, utilizing your startup tech environment experience.
  • Monitor sprint progress and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and resolve issues, drawing on your problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate status, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
  • Utilize project management skills, and technologies like JIRA to manage and track project tasks and testing processes effectively.
  • Refine business requirements from executives and product managers into technical requirements that can be delivered by development teams efficiently.

Compensation

Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.The salary band for this role is $110,000 -125,000K.

Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
